What TableRound does
You tell us the job your guests do and the kind of organisation they work for, the city and the date. We find people who fit, invite each one by name on your behalf, and seat six to eight of them at a dinner you host.
The plan for the evening is made as soon as you answer the form. It is yours whether or not you order. It opens at a private link for 120 days.
When you order, we write to you with the description of who will be asked and the wording of the invitation. No invitation goes out before you have agreed both.
What you do
You book the restaurant, so that it can be cancelled without charge until a week before. The restaurant's bill is yours and is paid to the restaurant.
Your host runs the table. Nobody from TableRound is in the room.
There is no presentation at the table.
The invitation names your company, what it sells and your host.
By placing an order you confirm that you may order for your company.
What TableRound does not promise
We promise the invitations, the list and the count. We do not promise that a table fills, or what comes of it.
A guest's acceptance is not a promise to come.
An order needs at least 28 days. We do not take an order we could not fill in time.
Dinners are in the United Kingdom and the United States, and we invite people at organisations in those two countries only.
What it costs
A fee for each guest who sits down. It is shown on your plan before you order.
We charge nothing for an empty chair.
You are told the count of acceptances ten days before. With fewer than six, the table is moved or called off on your word, and there is no fee.
Nothing is taken when you order or before the dinner. Makestry Ltd invoices you the day after the dinner, for the guests who sat down.
What we keep
What TableRound keeps about people, why, for how long and how to have it deleted is in the privacy notice at tableround.co.uk/privacy. These terms add nothing to it.
Through an assistant
An assistant you use can send the answers to the form "Set up a table" for you, through our connector.
What we keep of a request made that way is in the privacy notice.
The company that makes the assistant handles your conversation under its own terms. They are not ours.
